Returns Policy

 

Holly Lulu is now offering free 30 day returns for all Australian based customers.  We want you to have an easy ordering process so will cover the cost of return shipping to ensure you have the best fit <3

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please get in touch with us by emailing info@hollylulu.com. We will promptly reply to your email and start the hassle free returns process. 

All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. 

**If you are an Australian based customer we will cover the cost of return shipping.

** International customers must cover all return shipping fees. 

Please note that the original shipping fee paid will not be included in the order return value when a garment is returned. 

The return will not be processed until the garment/s have been received back to our office in their original unworn and unwashed condition.

All garments must have their tags connected and be in a re-sellable condition to be accepted for a return. 

 

We encourage international customers to post your order back to us with a reliable postal service with tracking as we are unable process the return until the garment is delivered safely to our office.
